During the three-day workshop from 11 to 13 November 2019, WISUTEC shared with their project partners the latest developments regarding the software solution that the TRANSPOND project is creating to manage environmental information on radioactively contaminated mining legacies. The guests from Central Asia could familiarise themselves with details of the software architecture, the requirements for use and the planned contents of the system, while also having the opportunity to train in handling the software themselves. The contents of the workshop were coordinated with other events held by IAF Dresden and the University of Magdeburg-Stendal, the other German partners in the TRANSPOND project.
