Due to the popularity of the workshop on intercultural communication at the CLIENT II conference in September 2019, Client2Works in cooperation with InterCultur is planning three CLIENT II webinars on the topic of international project work and intercultural communication in 2020. In the webinars you will have the opportunity to reflect on your role within an intercultural team and to ask questions. Furthermore, our expert speaker will provide advice on how to respond to cultural differences and conflicts.

The topics covered will include:

• Cultural differences
• Working in intercultural teams and conflicts of values (hierarchy, work ethics, punctuality)
• Cultures of discussion and conflict
• Methods input, interactive teaching and learning methods, case work and experience-based learning

This first webinar particularly focused on the topic leading teams across countries and cultures. The webinar not only addressed intercultural communication in general, but also included tips and advice for specific CLIENT II regions.
