For the 4th time, the “Silk Road of Knowledge” conference will take place from 22 to 23 February 2024. The German-Kazakh University is organising the conference together with the “Green Central Asia” initiative to promote knowledge exchange and support the region’s green transformation. The online conference will cover a wide spectrum of topics which will be presented in panel discussions and thematic sessions. The main focus is on the impacts of climate change on Central Asian countries, as well as the measures needed to mitigate and adapt to climate change. The main outcome of the conference will be the publication of policy papers for each thematic session.

The conference language will be English with simultaneous translation to Russian.
