From 26 to 29 November 2025, the 8th G-STIC Conference will take place in Pretoria, South Africa, focusing on “Accelerating Technological Solutions for the SDGs”. The event aims to align technological, policy, and business solutions to address global challenges and accelerate SDG achievement. 

The conference will bring together researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders to discuss core topics such as climate, energy, health, oceans, and circular economy. It will be co-hosted by G-STIC and the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), with support from partners like UN Women, and the European Commission.
