7 focal areas, 32 countries, more than 60 research projects—it wasn’t easy to design and realise a conference for Client II. However, in the end the Client2Works team managed to pull of a great hybrid conference. 50 people were first on site, speeches were streamed live and for the three following days the conference was moved to the virtual world. A conference app was also used to connect the more than 250 participants and allowed them to network.
